Synopsis

Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) is a standards-based forwarding mechanism defined by the Internet Engineering Task Force IETF. This course teaches the basic concepts of MPLS Technology.

Target audience

This course is aimed at network engineers working in service provider environments, enterprise WAN environments, and others interested in learning about MPLS.

Prerequisites

Intermediate level knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP, as well as a good understanding of control and forwarding plane concepts.
