APNIC Training in Bandung, Indonesia

ID-01-s APNIC Training visited Bandung, Indonesia a second time this year to conduct a technical workshop on Advanced IP Routing technologies from 17-19 March. During the workshop, the discussion topics mostly covered advanced BGP & OSPF protocol, its architectural, design consideration, and industry best practices. The 41 engineers in attendance learned how to design and operate a large-scale ISP network through various hands-on lab exercises using the APNIC training lab. Participants connect to the lab, which is in Brisbane, Australia, with a remote connection so they can practice the prototype ISP network topology. This training, led by APNIC Senior Training Specialist Nurul Islam and Senior Internet Resource Analyst Wita Laksono, was hosted by IDNIC, an APNIC partner in Indonesia.
